After you've completed your in depth lifestyle assessment, our team will give you a personalised nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. Vegan options are also available. Our programme strongly encourages to eliminate or limit alcohol, junk food etc, and teaches participants how to make smarter food choices while incorporating occasional treats through coaching support. Weekly meal guides and groceries list are provided to facilitate planning. Our goal is to help you have completely food freedom and flexibility, so you can truly enjoy your lifestyle while seeing results!
Your coach will create your custom workout out plan with your unique situation in mind(injuries & preferences).
Your workouts will be designed around your location and the equipment you have available - whether you are at home with no equipment, working out in a fully stocked gym, or modifying your routine on vacation! The goal is to create a convenient and realistic training plan that you can stick to.
Workouts are 30 minutes or less and utilize cardio/HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, core circuits, ISO stretch, and rest/recovery days throughout the week.
Each workout also includes a pro trainer demonstrating a low impact or modified version of the exercise, making it possible for anyone to follow along and see results.
Our goal is to help you find activities you genuinely enjoy doing, so if you are coming in already having a habit of doing yoga, pilates, walks, mixed martial arts, or any sports, we will want to keep the momentum going and build off this.
